A driveway that lifts the whole property

Your driveway takes a daily pounding from cars and the Scottish weather. We build ours to handle both — with proper excavation, a compacted sub-base and quality edging so the surface stays put for years.

Whether you want the classic look of monoblock, the smooth modern finish of resin, or hard-wearing tarmac and concrete, we’ll help you choose the right surface for your home and budget.

  • Proper foundations

Excavation, sub-base and drainage done right — not just a surface on top.

  • Clean edges & lines

Crisp edging and block work for a sharp, professional finish.

  • Built for the weather

Surfaces and drainage that cope with Scottish rain and frost.

Surface options

Choose your finish

We lay every type of driveway surface — here are the most popular.

Monoblock

The classic block-paved driveway. Hard-wearing, great looking and easy to repair. A huge range of colours and styles.

Resin-bound

A smooth, seamless, permeable finish that’s low-maintenance and looks superb. Ideal for a clean, modern look.

Tarmac

Cost-effective, durable and quick to lay — a tried-and-tested surface for driveways of any size.

Concrete

Tough, long-lasting concrete drives, including pattern-imprinted options for a decorative finish.

Gravel

Decorative gravel driveways, often with a stabilising grid for a neat, low-cost and permeable surface.

Drainage & edging

Channel drains, soakaways and quality edging to keep your driveway compliant and water-free.

Common questions

How long does a new driveway take?

Most domestic driveways take between 3 and 7 days depending on size, surface and groundworks. We’ll give you a clear timescale with your quote.

Do I need planning permission?

For most permeable surfaces (like resin or gravel) you won’t. For non-permeable surfaces over a certain size, drainage may be required — we’ll advise you.

Can you remove my old driveway?

Yes — excavation and removal of the existing surface is part of the job. We clear everything and prepare a proper base before laying.
